Q: Web site migration seems like a lot of work. Just how long will it take?
A: There are many aspects to take into account – the total amount of files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the current workload of our website migration professionals, etc. That said, we do our best to accomplish all web site migrations within a 48–hour time period. Less sizeable websites are transferred faster – typically within 24 hours.

Q: Do you need anything from me before you start transferring my website?
A: Yeah. We will need the name of the website that you want us to migrate. We will also need a means to log into your current web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your website.

Q: My present web hosting account has sensitive info inside. How can I rely on you?
A: Our Privacy Policy is an indivisible part of the agreement that we will have with you as a client. We are focused on safeguarding the safety of the personal information obtained from the clients. Q: How about downtime? Will my site be unavailable?
A: Nah. Your web site will continue to be accessible online during the transfer. Once everything is completed on our end, we’ll notify you so that you can examine it and check for any problems. If everything is OK, all you will have to do is edit your domain’s DNS settings.

Q: Will my current web hosting provider need to provide any info/help?
A: No. We’ll never touch base with your hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website transfer either.

Q: Does it matter what platform my present provider is using?
A: Yep. We support all regular Linux–powered hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based hosting platforms, since we do not provide Windows web hosting solutions ourselves.Furthermore, we don’t support proprietary website building and administration tools such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
