Monitoring & Rebooting

You either need to do the job all by yourself , in other words dedicate your valuable time to keeping an eye on your server, or, alternatively, you have to set up a 3rd–party tool whose sole job will be to monitor your VPS server. And this is exactly where our Optional Admin Services offer can help you out. With it, your VPS server will be entered in our own custom–developed server monitoring system, which will monitor all the critical services. And in case of a service failure, our server admins will be alerted straight away and they will solve the issue as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of your hosted content is mandatory – you never know when something would go wrong. And having ordered the Optional Admin Services offer, you will take advantage of regular backups of your entire VPS, not just of your content, without you being required to set up and configure anything. Last but not least the backup copies are always retained on a server with multiple RAID–configured hard drives. This means that your hosted content will always be safe and sound, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you’d like your virtual server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & configure particular software on it. And if this seems like something much too problematic for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, part of our Optional Admin Services package, is definitely the best thing for you. With it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our well–trained server admins who will install any software package or rectify any trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.
